This is an in-person event in Ventura, CA at the Bell Arts Factory Community Room.
In better understanding of our bodies we can better manage difficulties and stress when they arise as well as notice and manage the parts of ourselves that cause us stress. Join me next week as we combine movement and breath to build a stronger relationship with our bodies and ourselves.
In the first half of the workshop we will explore simple and slow movements that can be used at any time of our day to come back into our bodies and into presence. If you've tried meditation and have felt like it isn't for you, basic and mindful movement can be a great alternative. In the second half I will lead a guided breathwork session to deepen our connection and help create some energetic movement within the body.
