Breathing is a powerful tool. It is one of the few autonomous bodily functions that we can also control. Becoming more aware of how we breathe, noticing our breath when experience certain events and emotions, and learning how to increase our breathing capacity can help in many areas of our lives. 

In this one hour session we'll discuss some basics of breathing anatomy, take a look at how you currently breathe, and I'll provide some tips and practices to increase your breathing capacity and use your breath to help during times of stress. 

Takes place virtually or in person if you live in the area of Ventura, CA.
