I've said it before, good music is good music no matter where or how it was made.  One of my favorite non english albums as of late has to be Elegancia Tropical from Bomba Estéreo.  The band hails from Columbia and has a great Latin feel with a some electronic undertones.  I don't speak Spanish but again, I don't need to do that to know that I like this music.  

I first heard this album on NPR First Listen, a great source to hear new music before it is released for sale.
