Connecting Through Conflict: Post-Election Holiday Conversations Workshop

As we approach the holiday season and upcoming gatherings with loved ones, many of us feel a mix of emotions at the thought of conversations that may arise. Gatherings with family and friends can quickly become tense, especially when we find ourselves around those with different beliefs. With the recent election, emotions are running even higher. What have traditionally been times of joy and connection can quickly devolve into argument and separation.

We invite you to join our workshop dedicated to helping you navigate these tough conversations—not just during the holidays, but in any setting. We'll share practical, actionable tips and provide a chance to role-play scenarios that are relevant to you.

In this session, we will provide:

  • Practical Skills & Tips: Learn how to engage in more constructive conversations, or at least take better care of yourself when discussions get heated.

  • Live Practice: Test out your challenging dialogue skills in a supportive environment and receive support and tips to help you prepare for real-life discussions.

  • Facilitated Discussions: We believe in rebuilding connections and learning how to talk amidst disagreement. Regardless of your political views, this call is open to all and guided by experienced facilitators.

Join us in creating a more understanding and connected holiday season. Register for free below.
